Why do so few women choose the skilled trades as a career?

We really would like to have your feedback for the above question. Wo-Built Inc is committed to help women enter and succeed in the trades and we would like to know what is holding women back in choosing the career. We have our own ideas on the reasons why, but we want to know what you think.

Comments please. It would be great to have a discussion on the subject.
